'horizon line' (Single)
DESCRIPTION
The presented photo entitled 'horizon line' comes from the second part of the session: 'One week in 2 days – artistic impression'.The session consists of three parts. First part 'Woman portrait', second part 'Glamour', third part 'Lies of the world'. Glamour is the series of 20 subtle pictures highlighting women's sensuality. In order to obtain the effect of shadows in the game of lights, two continuous-light reflectors were used together with the effect of masking.
The picture was made on Ilford Delta 100 film. It is not digitally manipulated. It corresponds to a barite image made in a traditional photographic darkroom. Date of the session : September 2018
AUTHOR
I specialize in classical photography on negative materials.I try to keep the beauty of the moment in my works.Each work carries a specific emotional state underlined by light and shadow. Computer is only a tool for me of image presentation.The appropriate means of communication addressed to the viewer is a classic silver print. I try to save the old world of photography from the oblivion.
