Landscape and nature fine art photographer based in California. Photography is an art that allows me an intimate connection to the natural world, a world I've known since my youth, growing up in a rural area where daily life was inseparable from weather, hills, trees, water, stone,clouds,, wildlife, and ever changing light. My thoughts and feelings evolved in that country. Photography allows me to stay connected to those elements and feelings: it is a personal matter, an affirmation of my personal experience both in my youth and the present time,. I believe in many ways it is tied to my subconscious, an ever evolving process of discovery and interpretation, of being aware. It is both humbling and magical.
