Torii (Single)
DESCRIPTION
Torii gates often stand harmonious within the Japanese landscape as symbols of divinity, protection and sanctuary. Using long exposure techniques, stormy weather is flattened; merging sea and sky and bringing a sense of peace as if the rock and torii were floating. This image is part of a series of photographs of Japanese torii gates by the photographer.
