A candid shot taken during an historical commemoration in Florence, called "La Fiorita". Before the beginning of the parade, taken in traditional costumes, I was wandering around, looking for some interesting shot. I had the lucky chance to capture the split second: a group of participants was talking about food, when one of them used the "iconic" italian gesture to express the delightful of a plate he had just described. Yes, italians love to talk about food and, in addition, there are dozens of different gestures to express emotions, adjectives, moods...
