Abstract nominee

Just like all of my photographs, this image was taken using my iPhone as I was going about my day. Each photograph is a visual exercise of the principles of design. They do not have any hidden meaning. All I attempt to do with each photograph is to capture something that is bold and beautiful.

With over a decade of teaching experience, John O'Neill taught graphic design at Virginia Commonwealth University, Virginia State University, and Chowan University before joining the faculty at the University of Minnesota Duluth. His graphic design work has been awarded and published internationally by organizations such as How Magazine, Creative Quarterly, and Association of Marketing and Communications Professionals. John photography work has been exhibit nationally.
