Couleurs (Series)
DESCRIPTION
Couleurs is a fusion of fashion and art and a tribute to the colourful beauty of springtime, when life seems to reawake after a long and dark winter sleep. The scenes were set in Berlin's art gallery Feldbusch Wiesner Rudolph during the exhibition of Nicola Staeglich's artwork series "Selbstbildnis in Farbe", in english "self-portrait in colour" in febuary and march 2018. The hint of the non-figural symbolical large-format paintings translates to the model Veranika Antsipava (ICONIC Management) who unites with them by wearing colourful clothing as well (styled by Veronique Helmschrott and assistant Krystina Ebner). Some flowers in front create depth and underline the fragile and fresh new beginning. Her curly hair and natural make-up (by Catrin Kreyss) as well as the slightly moving poses show an easiness that comes over all of us, when nature begins to spring and bring back warmth into our lives. The oridinal editorial contains 13 images from which these five are the most relevant. The story was published in Quality Magazine.
