This photo was taken at the Clifton Power Generation plant on New Providence Island, The Bahamas.
This power plant is working at over full capacity because of the adverse conditions that Hurricane Dorian subjected the Bahamas to after hitting the Islands at the 2nd highest intensity ever recorded. This plant is working for and providing power to all of the islands of New Providence which is housing many displaced persons from out islands that were impacted more by Dorian.
