Fine Art 1st place winner

This photo is part of a serie that I did about the special bond between human and dog. I wanted to do this in a different way and in my own style and special atmosphere. Just used one light to create the look of nostalgia that is used in the Dutch paintings of the 17th century together with the use of handmade clothes inspired by that century.

I started 6 years ago with photography. In the beginning I only shot landscapes but when I began photographing people I found my real passion. I like to get close with my models and encourage them to pose in a different way. Light, styling and accessoires are important to complete the image and tell the story that I have in mind.
