Fine Art nominee

I have always loved films and shows about vampires, werewolves, witches and the many creatures that are said to dwell in the shadowy corners of our world.
There is a dark beauty to their existence that has enthralled and captivated many for centuries allowing the intrigue to endure in books, TV shows, Art, Movies and more.
For this ongoing project I decided I wanted to capture some of the beauty in the darkness of these creatures.

This is an image from Twisted Cycle part my personal project: ‘Dark Series’. This image depicts a woman waking from a night as a werewolf to find herself in a forest mere feet from a dead body. For this image I wished to portray the shock and trauma a werewolf goes through after waking in a forest covered in blood, surrounded by limbs and not remembering what had happened or how they had got there.

My name is William Henry and I am a self taught photographer based in London.

From a young age I found myself dabbling in anything and everything creative, finally I stumbled across photography and have never felt more at home. I enjoy collaborating with other creatives to produce something great and am continuously striving to capture and create captivating images.
