Landscape nominee

I shot this photo behind a waterfall, near Saksun Village in Faroe Islands. It was a short hiking, but the rocks were wet and it was very slippery. When I got up there, it was raining, so I waited for the weather to change. In the end, when the sun was going down, the rain stopped and some light came out between the clouds, making the landscape unique. That seemed to me like the time stopped thousands years ago.

I'm an amateur but passionate photographer based in Italy. I started shooting a decade ago, but only in the last three years I started taking things seriously. My soft spots are in landscapes, nature and jazz concerts.
