Images from a series in development entitled Forgotten Palms. Navigating the United States can reveal nothing but a barren and sombre landscape that stretches across the vast country for miles. Every now and then, sporadically scattered over this desolate panorama, a mystical oasis of palm trees appear. Dead or alive, they stand defiant to the elements. A totem reminder of the country’s wild heritage among the layers of freeways and concrete urban jungle.
