Nature nominee

Coiners' Wood is an old dense wood land set in a deep steep sided valley in West Yorkshire. The light was striking through the winter canopy lighting up the old oaks while throwing other areas into deep tangled shade.

I am an amateur self taught photographer. I have been serious about making images since 2014.
I love to be in nature and try and portray some of its beauty. I am an Associate (2001) and a Fellow (2024) of the Royal Photographic Society. I live in Leeds in the north of the UK.
