Nature nominee

The aviation view of the Grand Prismatic Spring in Yellowstone National Park is becoming popular and wide spread already. But it is still something that I wanted to capture for my own version. I communicated with the local company to pick up the right day of flight. I had only a couple of days window for clear sky during my trip in May but I made it with the perfect weather. Vivid blue and green color of pool was just mind blowing. I was really glad that I spent my efforts, time and money to get my own shots of this spectacular beauty.

Enthusiastic hobbyist for landscape photography. I was born and raised in South Korea originally. I had been always dreaming of capturing the nature and beautiful landscapes for a long time but I am finally getting close to my dream since I became a more serious photographer in the US. I have some photos that were selected as honorable mentions by several contests. I am mainly focusing on the sunrise and sunset photography just because that’s the most dynamic time of the day in terms of light changes.
