The Winter is Coming Ball had to take place at La Gaité Lyrique at the first place, but due to an important strike happening in Paris (Les Gilets Jaunes),the mayor took the decision to cancel any public events and closed all public places, 3 hours before the beginning of this International Major Ball.
It was not counting on the power of the Ballroom community, organisers, dancers, audience , and against all odds, this Ball happened at Les Folies Pigalle, legendary place of the Parisian nights .
From any continents, countries, ages, statements, what happened in this building that night was and will stay forever magical, underground and singular, as Ballroom is.
