DESCRIPTION
Alessandro Lenzi (in the picture) is a "queer" performer.
Alessandro and I often collaborate on artistic projects, about stereotypes on gender roles. We did this portrait in conjunction with his performance during gay pride parade in Rome.
The intent of our work is to criticize the old machist stereotype, still very present in our culture, and reaffirming the right to self-determine one's social and sexual identity in a free way.
AUTHOR
I was born in a craftsman family in Florence. Art is always being an important part of my life. I graduated at artistic high school of Florence and some years ago borned casualy my interest in photography, so I graduated at APAB photography school in Florence, in that finding the right way for my expression needs.
I was a finalist in the:
