Architecture nominee

This series is a dive into the geometric form of Casa da Música. But also a look onto its inhabitants. At first glance from a distance, this building looks like a spaceship landed in the middle of a square, alienated and massive. Moving closer, the site works as a hub for its neighbourhood. The structure itself is like a hive with people moving in and out. Its surroundings invite to play, conversation and people to meet. For me, the combination of the two, people and architecture is what is interesting to portray.
