Conceptual work where I play with the double meaning of the elements, of the objects. The work focuses on the relationship between humans and nature.

Playing with the famous photographic concept of
Henri Cartier-Bresson, the project proposes a new meaning for it.
The decisive moment does not rest on chance, it transcends time and space. The project reflects on the moment in which we find ourselves regarding the care of the environment.

Richard Le Manz is a Spanish conceptual photographer whose work is mostly recognized for raising awareness and criticism about climate change.

His artistic discourse is marked by his training in industrial engineering and his passion for travel and nature. He started in landscape photography, but soon understood photography not only to capture beauty, but also to reflect on the social and environmental problems that threaten our planet.

Le Manz makes use of his special ability to unveil new meanings in things, raising reflections on universal issues. Through his art and the power of his images he pays special attention to the current problems of the world, especially the environmental ones, and of our society. Sometimes absurd pairing, transformation, irony, and double meaning are some of the resources the artist uses to establish communication with the viewer.
