The beach is for me a place filled with energy, the sounds of waves coming and going, waves crashing onto rocks violently as if it wanted to break them into pieces, as if it wanted to create a disaster... waves caressing gently the sands as if you are caressing the face of your beloved one; high tides and low tides mirroring our emotions. The immensity of the Ocean comparable to human thought.
Like a drop of water that leaves the abyss to settle on a beach, our deepest thoughts come from unexplored sides of our minds.
The photographs that I present to you are my transcriptions of what solitude evoke in my being. A series of photographs describing loneliness with light. I invite you, strangers of me, to mirror yourselves to these photographs and question the unexplored sides of your mind by transcending yourselves in these moments that I was able to capture. Moments where I was transported into these spacetime.
