Conceptual 2nd place winner

The level of pollution becomes unbearable. The most beautiful places on this planet are polluted with plastic, glass and unrecycleable materials. If the rate of consumption does not slow down, we will have to face the fact: Earth will become a dumpster. My project is about raising awareness and prevent the Earth from becoming Planet Garbage.

Natalie Karpushenko is a fine art and fashion photographer located in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan. She mainly works in the genre of portrait and fashion photography, but also does projects about nature and travelling. Since NAtalie is highly concerned with ecology and sustainability, she performs passion projects about ocean pollution, excessive plastic consumption and recycling. Her main passion is the ocean and she does photo projects about swimming with whales. Her main goal is to convey and explore beauty through her images: whether it is a beauty of a person, or a beauty that can be found in nature. She perfroms studio photoshoots as well as travel projects.

Natalie's favorite style of photography involves minimalistic, clar lines, baance of light and shadow, and saturation with color. She likes dynamic pictures: in her portfolio you can find passion projects with ballet dancers, as well as wild animals like cheetahs and whales.
