This magic evening took place in January in northern Sweden in Kiruna. It had been a very unusual warm week and then suddenly only for one night temperature dropped to -34 degrees, but thanks to this big temperature difference whole sky turned so alive.
We spent in tipi tent 6 hours enjoining a wonderful Sami traditional dinner and aurora lights gave to this evening totally another meaning. During the evening you could stay outside only for a moment and then you had to get back in to sit around bonfire to warm up your feet and fingers to not get frostbite. Despite that it was still the most amazing lightshow what I have ever seen.
