Open Theme nominee

I like to shoot places.i am obviously, but often inconsciously, looking for something pure in my photographs, minimalism, harmony and even austerity, at least formerly, certainly as a reaction to a world i sense to be too violent for me.
Its a poetry of emptiness where human figures rarely appear, or in a ghostly and dreamlike way.
I shoot walls, windows, or any other detail of a place. But what i shoot does not matter much. My photography is quite at the opposite of Cartier Bresson “decisive moment” as its more the art of seeing that matters rather than the subject itself, often very commonplace.
Figurative photography can also become almost abstract as my pictures try to leave some space for the spectator’s imagination and fantasy who finish to build to picture in his head.
