Portrait nominee

I create photographs to bring people back to love and admiration for nature – it is only the animals that belong in nature, we are a part of it too. In the last few years we have inflicted particular damage on our fragile connection with nature, and I therefore feel a great need to remind people that it is our duty and our birth right to live in harmony with nature. I surround a young girl with natural motives, I weave leaves and flowers from bushes into her hair on purpose. An ornament is thus created, its centre a delicate face cradled in a world of its own, a world of dreams. An owl with its wings spread out guards the image and becomes the girl’s connection with the surrounding nature.
For me, animals have always been creatures treading the line between the world of people and the world of untamed wilderness. The photograph of the girl with the owl is not photographically manipulated in any way! The only photographic manipulation on this photograph is in some of the parts of the leaves and blossoms.

She has won many international awards. She became the main winner of the Muse Photography award 2022, second and third place in the portrait category in the Fine art photography award, second place in Dodho magazine, first place in Monovision award and many other awards. She has exhibited among the best photographers of her field at the collective exhibition in Paris - Ethereal. She collaborates with international magazines and her photographs appear on the covers of books and magazines.
