Abstract nominee

This series was created within one year, starting in autumn 2019 and ending in summer 2020.
Shooting this project was very special, as the photos capture the first rays of sunshine hitting the same motif at the same spot during each season, which allows a continuous play with light and colors.

Born in Austria, she studied sport and geography at the Salzburg University. Already during her time as a teacher, she was able to sharpen her gift for precise observation and her eye for detail, something which is now strongly expressed in her photography.

In her photos, she plays with details, light and structures. She opens eyes to the soul and essence of nature. Her pictures are honest and allow color compositions to shine though sometimes you need a second look to recognize the motifs.
