Kindness can be manifested in many ways. Sometimes it doesn't have to be through a great gesture, it can be something simple as accepting yourself in order to help others. One of the most important things I’ve learned is that we actually need to be kind not just to everyone, but mostly to ourselves and that can be hard.For people like me, it’s easy to help someone, it’s something natural, but when it comes to ourselves, it can be hard to show such affection. My photo explains that kindness is also to enjoy the small pleasures in life, to breath for a second, to smile when it’s really hard to. Even when you look in the mirror and realize you’re trying to think ahead but your life is still a mess suffering from the ghosts of the past. We all have our emotional baggage, but let me tell you that kindness is accepting the truth and embracing that you as well, need help just like everyone else.Let yourself be helped in return and always be kind. Somehow, it will shine and be visible to everyone,including to you, how glowing your heart can be even when facing the darkest days.
