This image is part of a bigger multimedia series that portrays music I have grown up with into images. This was inspired by the song A Moment Apart by ODESZA. I was drawn to this song because of the changes in tempo and how the instrumentals intertwine with each other. It reminded me of how life has so many twists and turns. One second you're surrounded by people you love then the next you're completely alone. Time can pass quickly and your childhood is gone within seconds. With this image, I wanted to show the moment of youthful nostalgia. Just one moment of pure joy.
