Curvy dunes glow as the sun slowly rises to warm the mountains and valley floor of Death Valley National Park. Death Valley is home to an incredible diversity of ecosystems, flora, and fauna; stretching from the lowest point in North America (almost 300 ft. below sea level) all the way to the heights of 11,000+ ft. tall mountains.

Dan is a landscape and night-sky photographer based in the United States, focused on atmospheric light, abstraction, and the intersection of natural phenomena and place. His work explores quiet, often ephemeral moments in remote environments, with an emphasis on mood, minimalism, and visual restraint.
