This collection of photographs is an allegorical interpretation, in which images of flowers are depicted like actors against the backdrop of the scenery of a theatrical performance. Like in a theatre, each scene of the act recreates a certain event, situation which reveals the character of the protagonist and his mindset at the precise moment in time. All the aspects are essential for this process. Actors and stage sets, lighting and, of course, the spectator himself, are indispensable parts of the narrative fixed in time. Such moments create a story. This is the story about the wandering of a soul, the sequence of significant stages through which the protagonist undergoes metamorphosis inevitable and necessary to overcome these stages. The gaps between the parts of narrative are deliberate for the spectator to fill in for himself while thinking what was before and what came after. Artem and Maryna Fedoryshchevy are a married couple who represent a creative tandem. Artem has been working in the digital art industry for over 20 years, and Maryna has been passionate about photography since childhood. Their meeting made it possible to combine the experience gained in two related areas, forming a new creative space for art photography. The work of Artem and Maryna is an attempt to look through the prism of aesthetics at new facets of reality. Each photo session is designed within the framework of a single art concept that allows you to most effectively reveal a complex narrative basis. These authors sincerely believe in the creative power of beauty and attach particular importance to the dialogue that arises between their work and the viewer.
