Life in the wilderness on a rustic property is a lot of work. No running water, obtaining our heat source - wood which we need 9 - 10 months of the year takes a lot of time. But the opportunities for fun, connecting with each other and the land we live in give me a sense of happiness in the most simple and fulfilling way. And I see it in my kids when they play and explore.

I live in Kleena Kleene, BC with my two kids, a dog, and now two cats. My passions are exploring the wild places, skiing the wild places, showing the beauty and fun this world has to offer to my kids, and making stuff...furniture, swords and shields (wooden), cabin stuff and eventually a bigger house.

I love all aspects of photography, from the abstract and fine art to the photojournalism, landscape and fantastical. I'm constantly blown away by how other people see things, interpret them and artistically portray them. My photography is very much a real glimpse into my life and travels and the world I pass through and spend time in.
