DESCRIPTION
This image is a part of a growing portfolio that I started in my color photography class at Black Hills State University. The idea behind the portfolio - currently - is incorporating these long, flowing, bright, fabrics into environmental portraits. In this image specifically, I wanted the environment to contrast the flowing fabrics. Conveniently enough for me, I live about two hours from the Badlands National Park. The otherworldly, almost mars like, environment of the Badlands was the perfect scene.
