Window view - Time passes by, starts to run away from us, faster and faster. To the rhythm of the railway track, the noise of the road services, the reflection in windows or the heavy rain drops against the windscreen, whilst I’m drawn to capturing the lights of the world through the cameras’ view finder as a car passenger or on a bus trip. The experience of being transported to different places can be an interesting and thought-provoking journey indeed.

DESCRIPTION
AUTHOR
Berry Bingel was born in Germany and was introduced to photography on his 14th birthday when he started to develop his interest to explore the medium. Berry never received any formal university art degree but unlike some autodidacts he is a strong believer in the power of observing, influence and learning from the past, especially from the early day’s mistakes which lead consequently to various experimentation over many years which in turn convinced him that creative visions in the field of photography are probably endless. He is living in Scotland since 1980. He doesn’t worry about trends, staying true to his point of view as an image creator. Though we’re looking at the same thing, we all see and form our own points of view. His work explores the lines between art, documentary and human intervention to engage with issues that have undergone cultural, social, or environmental change.
Especially from the early days mistakes which lead to various experimentation over many years which in turn convinced him that the opportunities in the field of photography are probably endless.
