This image was captures at the Yala National park in Sri Lanka. It was during the evening drive when we spotted the dominant male leopard resting on a tree. We were observing the leopard for over an hour and his behavior. He was resting after probably a good meal previous night according to the tracker. This was his famous dominant area known as Mahaseelawa in the park and he was observing the area overlooking open plain and the lagoon from the treetop.
