Continuing with my quest on fine art, I chose photography as a new means of expression. All of my artwork comes from an inner pulsion.
From optical defocusing, I propose crossing to other realities and I like the idea of transiting them with absolute freedom.
In this series I choose to portrait Buenos Aires, the city I live in.
These photos are the exact optical result of what I see with my camera when I photograph urban spaces. They are not digitally intervened: they are direct shots.
I make use of defocus control and in some ocassions, when capturing these scenes, I use materials like glass and water to generate a greater three-dimensional feeling.
