From the core of the enrichment center, it aims to support creative people within the activities and initiatives that are being held as an unlimited resource to build a new future based on knowledge and heritage .

The center is futuristic in design and resembles rocks, to reflect the geographical nature of the Kingdom
It covers an area of 80 thousand square m, and the building includes :
Modern Mega Library / Knowledge Tower / Idea Lab / Energy Gallery / Museums / Cinema / Art Theater and more
The structure made of stainless steel tubes, and modern technology has been supported in construction using ancient technology, which is a compact soil that works on fire resistance and sound insulation using natural materials
