In self-isolation I started to shoot still life with improvised materials that I used at that time. The result was this series.
"Shell time" became my way of working with photography in limited conditions, which I found as an artist. The items on the pictures lost their utility and gained new connections and meanings.
The name of the project came up while shooting eggshells. After trying out all the possible items for the series I wrote my friends: "Now it's time for the eggshell."
Now is the time for the shell in which we should hide, but the shell is very fragile and "Shell time" is about our world, which is now very unstable.
The process of creating absurd compositions from ordinary objects has already become a routine for me, as well as the current reality, which until recently seemed to us insane and impossible
