Memories oftentimes are collective moments which remain with us like a shadow, even though they are intangible. Over the past few years I have been thinking of issues of imperfection and unworthiness. The portraits are for me to look back to the episodes in my earlier life and understand them with greater depth.
The images were finished with toned cyanotype, which allow me to touch traces of my memories through the process.
