This photograph represents the essence of an artist and its fear and fight for blossoming. The constant fear of rejection, of being known, of getting exposure and with that, of being criticized - of not being good enough, of not having work that's beautiful enough, the insecurities that eat one's soul in its entirety. Also, this image explores the other side of the artist, the one who wants the attention, the praise, the exposure, the recognition. Altogether, the inner conflict between blossoming or remaining unknown.

I am a Catalan and Peruvian visual creator based in London. During my life, I have moved to several countries, all quite different from each other and I truly believe that helped me develop an insatiable curiosity for life. I focus on colour, people, locations and the moment, never too planed. My photos are moments in life that I find beautiful, unique, and I try to edit them in the way that I see them. To me, the clouds are pink, the sky is aqua, green is greener, pink is everywhere, yellow is a constant. The moment I was given a camera, aged 10, I discovered the magic wand that it can be. My photos tend to showcase a nostalgic feel, inevitably, my life has been a constant series of withdrawals from loved places, people & cultures - so naturally, nostalgia is most of what I know.
