Still life photography set based on the pictorial subgenre "Vanitas". For the composition of these still lifes I was based on the pictorial period of Baroque painting, specifically on "Naturalism" and photographic lighting techniques were adapted to recreate the effect created by the painter Caravaggio, creator of "Tenebrismo or Caravaggismo", who set the trend in Vanitas to this day. It was called "Tenebrismo" due to the high use of contrasts to enhance the drama of a composition.
