Sea and Forest (Series)
DESCRIPTION
The series is part of a large cycle related to the study of the term Natural Philosophy. The initial stage in the development of religion is considered animism with its anthropomorphic relationship to the forces of nature, flora and fauna. It seems to me similar to the game of a child who is able to see other images in ordinary things. There is a theory that the ancient Greeks created their mythology by observing the accumulations of thunderclouds over the mountains.
There were also sacred groves in which certain trees possessed magical powers were also a certain stage in the development of mankind. The diversity of nature triggered the process of imagination and the landscapes of this series are just an attempt to follow this path.
