Nature nominee

A Gold-dust day gecko feeding on the sap of a heliconia flower.
These very shy and skittish critters are very difficult to
observe and quickly run off. I had to wait 4 hours in the dense
patch of vegetation waiting for one to photograph.

Biologist living in Hawaii who served almost 10 years
in the Armed Forces. Moved to Hawaii after receiving an
honorable discharge after completing a deployment.
Currently. trying to go from amateur to borderline
professional photographer status. I do exhibit my work
at the weekend art and craft fair on the island of Maui.
