Confined for a while (Series)
DESCRIPTION
I use this series of winterized caravans as a conceptual analogy to represent my view of the COVID-19 confinement. All photographs were made during the winter of 2020. Like I feel during this pandemic period, these caravans are isolated and without human warmth; however, there is no doubt that better days will come! This was a real challenge to find caravans that were not stored near a house, a garage or a barn. I drove over 1000 kilometres to find caravans that were isolated, had various designs and could be framed about the same way. Less than 5% of the caravans met my artistic vision.
