Travel 3rd place winner

I did a five day workshop early 2020 in Delhi - India, with Magnum Photos, lead by Martin Parr. On the last day we were given the assignment to do our interpretation of Delhi. I did a mini series of men reading newspapers.

Quiet bastions of calm surrounded by the chaos of the streets.

I have a Bachelor degree in journalism and a Masters degree in culture and communication where I focused on photography and documentary film making. If i reflect on my projects they all seem to have in common to document human spirit and the disappearing solidarity in our society. I see myself as a person being fascinated of and trying to document everyday culture. I´ve been working as a photographer and multi media teacher since 2017.

I exhibited late 2019 at Reykjavik museum of photography and will have an exhibition at the national museum of photography in Iceland, 2023.
