Hippo cannot swimm,they have to push themselevs off the bottom,in order to rise and take breath, But then sink back to down.
The most dangeroust animal in africa.He must mark the new bounderies by splattering his sent.
But owning a territory also means you need to defend it.A hippo jaws have an enomous gape.And these are for fighting,
The bigest gape wins. But the most fascinating thing about hippos,
is how important they are to these river ecosystems.As they move through the swamp in search of fresh grazing they break pathways through the weeds,
Where they pathways lead, the clear water follows.A complex web has been created.
Then after the dry season it’s the hippo who determine what happens when the water returns.
It travels along the hippo’s dry paths. So ones again the hippos have determined the course of the river’s turnels.
