Representation of my hopes: to reach again happiness, normality, the beauty of the every day life; something that in this moment still looks so far away

I'm an Italian woman living in Greece since 1995. Photography was always an hobby for me, but in the last period my style has changed a lot. Forced in the limited space of the house, due to the pandemic, I turned the camera away from the outside world and I started to take pictures of myself, as a way to express my fear, my doubts, my sadness. Also I had time to discover the immense potential of digital manipulation, and I started to create my pictures rather then just to take a photo
