Nature nominee

A close and concentrated look on beautiful details of plants inspire me. A thistle’s young bud immediately caught my attention – the almost alien-like shape language inspired me for this photograph, giving it an unnatural, almost fluorescent look.

- in the age of 17 my photograph was showcased in the National Geographic 2009 due to the won Lumix photo competition
- studied Communication Design at the University of Applied Sciences Wismar
- studied Photography in New Zealand (semester abroad)
- currently working as a UI/UX designer in Hamburg
