These are some shots of our night sky that I captured over the past three years, I was fortunate in getting the image of the Great Planetary Conjunction of 2020 between Jupiter and Saturn and it was chosen by Sky & Telescope magazine to represent this event in their gallery section. They wrote that it was a stunning composite since it showed the main moons around Jupiter and Saturn.
In 2021, I imaged a Lunar Eclipse and used a camera lens since I wanted to get the Pleiades star cluster in the same field of view. This image was also chosen by Sky & Telescope for their gallery section.
Since I was very young, I have been passionate about viewing objects not only in our solar system and Milky Way galaxy but also viewing other galaxies beyond ours. In 1992, I started photographing these objects and my passion has never waned. It is a labor of love.

DESCRIPTION
AUTHOR
I'm an amateur photographer specializing in the night sky. I have received some awards for my photography and have been featured in magazines and my work has also appeared in astronomy books. My photography was placed on hold for many years due to my career. However, at the end of 2017, I resumed my imaging of the night sky and I'm trying to make up for lost time. It takes a lot of time and effort to take the photos and then to take this data and post process it. But it's a labor of love.
