Places that invite you to what in Zen philosophy we could call enlightenment, where "true seeing is when there is nothing left to see".
Consider the sea as the highest moment of temporal suspension.
I try to activate a kind of Zen satori (term translated as lighting, feeling of joy, intuition) both in the moment of the shot, as a sudden and profound experience that allows the "vision of the heart of things", and in the digital darkroom, where I intervene to reinforce the elements I had perceived during the shoot.
Atmosphere of silence: images that smell of long times, of waiting.

DESCRIPTION
AUTHOR
"1965. Shot since the 1980s. At first I had no idea who Cartier Bresson was, nor had I ever read about photography. Only in the last few years have I studied more and taken images in a more conscious and thoughtful way. I was born and lived for many years in Turin. In recent years in Rome. I have two Nikons and some lenses. My profession is veterinary surgeon. I also believe in photography as a form of art. My ambition to continue to take pleasure in taking pictures. "
