Burdened with the highest population density in European cities, Napoli is an interesting, crowded, disturbing, contrasting city. A fascinating human theater, cosmopolitan verve, a magical place with animation, vitality. Walking down the narrow and dark streets, I was feeling alive in all this agitation, cheerful, benevolent, melodramatic people who talk loudly and tell you the story of their lives, people you simply conquer them, with a simple "Grazie ".
I tried to restore the atmosphere of those few November days and for 7 days I was an insider and this is the Naples seen through my eyes. Fascinating people, unwritten stories.

Based in Constanța, Romania, Elena Raceala is an award-winning visual artist and photographer. Her work goes beyond documenting locations to capture their emotional essence, turning everyday scenes into meditative visual experiences.
By using the interplay of light and shadow to sculpt forms, she transforms reality into timeless visual narratives. Her minimalist style reduces visual noise to explore quiet stories within the modern landscape.
