Easter morning 2020. New York. My last flight to New York before i lost my job as a flight attendant.
Everywhere loudspeakers are repeating the words "six feet" over and over: the distance to keep between people.
Early in the morning I find myself deep into an empty city where there's no need to remember to keep the safety distance.
I tried to photograph the loneliness, the desolation, the fear caused by an invisibile threat.
This loneliness, this desolation and this fear are rooted deep inside my soul.
