Wildlife/Animals nominee

This humpback is a massive male while performing the typical tail slapping behavior. Not much is known about the true meaning of this behavior, although several hypotheses have been made. Most likely it is a way of sending messages to other whales. These "splash messages” can be sent over long distances.

I am a terrestrial and underwater photographer. I am attracted to solitary places where I seek a fusion with the nature around me.
The power of nature over the human soul has long intrigued me. I have always considered wild places to be like a great Church, where our soul and mind can find silence and peace.
