Bo, Small Munsterlander Puppy (Series)
DESCRIPTION
In the early morning with the rising sun and the dew in the grass, I went to visit Bo, a 9 week old puppy in his new home. He is such a bright, curious and happy little dog that I immediately fell in love with.
AUTHOR
I was born in Berlin in 1968 and studied psychology in Konstanz 21 years later. I have been working as an independent psychotherapist for about 20 years. In my work, I often sit in front of my patients and wish that at least once they could perceive themselves through my eyes at least once. Because every person, every animal, simply every being has its own inherent beauty and I want to make this beauty, this glow that slumbers in everyone visible. Photography provides me with just that.
For relationship photos, I also need to perceive this expression of intimacy, trust, solidarity, care and love and then press the shutter release at the right moment. It does not matter whether we look into the relationships between humans or between humans and animals.
If this succeeds, we have “captured” magical moments to which we can return again and again.
For the connection between psychotherapy and photography there should actually be a new job title: "Thera-grapher" or "Photo-pist" ("Thera-grafin" or "Foto-peutin") :-)
